Friends of "Are Ye Hearing Us" have helped out by making our first inspirational sound bite. 

Step 1: Play around with sounds, hooks and voices.

Step 2: Record it on a phone as a voice memo.

Step 3: Send the MP3 file to a PC. 

Step 4: Use software like Soundtrap or Canva to create a video with the pre-recorded sound and add your own picture!
